Message I'm a big AMS fan. My garage or mods list or whatever you call it here should explain. I get great service. He's always gone the extra distance for me since I live so far from his shop. When he did my rebuild I used more parts from Z1, CZP, ebay and oem than I did using AMS parts. He made no segragation of what parts I wanted to use and have him install. Try asking the gang at SZ to install some Z1 SMIC's. Catch my drift? Vuk doesn't think or operate like that. He's a certified engineer who's had many years of experience with the Z32. He employs sound business practices and has never gone out of his way to badmouth any of the tt.net vendors. He's not the only Z parts vendor who sells products similar to other venders. I'm just surprised to see no one pointing fingers at who was the first to come out with a BBK. And what happened when the second person did? and the third, forth..... Does it really matter at the end of the day who was first? Don't all of us want to get the newest, best and least expensive products for our Z's? If so, does that mean we can achieve that desire by only buying what's close to us or what we're familiar with? Those two ideas are in conflict and perhaps that's what a lot of tt.net members are experiencing.

Here's something a little closer to home that you might understand easier. You're displaying the AMS logo with a red line through it along with a caption that says "AMS sucks". What would make you say and do something like that?
Have you had a bad experience with AMS?
Do you own an AMS product?
Have you ever seen anAMS product?
Or is it based solely on your findings on this site bearing in mind that there is strong protectionism wrt any vendors that have similar products to AMS?
FWIW, I payed a lot of money for a BBK from CZP. I was very dissatisfied with the quality of brake pads provided with that kit (squeeled all of the time). My dissatisfaction with that product does not give me the right to bash that vendor or the people that run it. Even though I have first hand experience with that situation, it doesn't give me the right. No one has the right. We're entitled to our opinions and views but when we impose those opinions and views on others in a disrespectfull way, it's called bashing.
No one benefits and nothing is accomplished when we bash something that's Z related because we're only hurting ourselves. And there seems to be a fair amount of masochists (sp) here.

Anyway, enjoy your trip to Montreal and be sure to make your way down St Catherine St.
